Local Leads
Welcome.
If you are a small business owner or a home-based business owner who is looking for local leads, I can help.
Ideally, you are in insurance (home, life, auto, annuities), dental, chiropractic, mortgage, real estate. If you are involved with a home-based business, you might be looking for network marketing or MLM leads. (Note that if you are in another business I may still be able to help you.)
In either case, you know the value of a good lead and already know how to convert to a long-time customer. However, you could use more leads and prospects than your current marketing is getting you and are looking for alternatives or ways to supplement your current business.
If this describes you, I have an offer that you will find interesting.
I am not a large corporation that will charge you good money for old, stale leads that are being sold to five other businesses. Instead, I am a small business owner myself and I know how important having a fresh flow of leads is to your business. I also know how frustrating and expensive it can be to generate your own leads.
I can remove that headache for you, supply you with a fresh flow of organically generated live local leads exclusive to you, and will do this consistently for you month after month.
If you qualify, what I propose is having a brief 20 minute call where we will discuss your business, your ideal customer, and your unique competitive advantages and offerings. At that point, if it makes sense to both of us we can move ahead and structure a plan where I will provide you with monthly live local leads at a set price, and I will provide these to you daily.
To see if you qualify for my program, e-mail me at mike.rutkowski2009@gmail.com, and tell me what business you are in and how long you’ve been in the business, what city you are in, how your business is currently doing, what characteristics your perfect customer has, how many prospects per month you’d like, and how much you would pay per high quality prospect.
I am substantially reversing any risk in this process to you and taking that on all myself. I believe that you should only pay for results. Our consultation will be free. After that, there will just be a one-time fee of $97 for me to get the system set up and running for you if we both decide to move forward. I will maintain the lead generating system from that point forward, and you will just pay the set price per lead.
Later on down the road, once the system is proven and providing consistent high quality leads for you, we can talk about the life-time purchase of the system if you are interested. Otherwise, we can just keep the system running for you for a per lead cost indefinitely.
I have some additional marketing ideas for you that I’m sure you’ll find useful, whether we ultimately do business or not.
Anyway, e-mail me at mike.rutkowski2009@gmail.com and let’s set up a time to talk. I’ll make it worth your while.
To our mutual success,
Mike Rutkowski

Random question: I know you are using wordpress for this blog, but have you tried any other platforms. I am trying to decide for my blog? and I ask because I like yours.

Hey could I quote some of the insight here in this blog if I link back to you?

Hey guys- thanks for posting your questions.
Maryland, sure, feel free to quote me and link back. I’ll be adding much more useful information here over the coming weeks. My intent was to create a platform that people could use to contact me for risk-free “do it for you” lead generation.
However, I realize that some will be looking for information on how to generate local leads (or internet leads) for themselves. For them, I will be posting more information and resources. (However, I reserve the right to keep some tricks for myself
NOTE: To that end, if you are here and looking for specific information, please post a question here and I will answer, for the benefit of everyone.
Lashon, yes this is a wordpress blog. I strongly recommend wordpress because it is the most popular blogging platform and therefore has the most resources (widgets, plugins, themese) to use right out of the box.
When I first started out, I resisted using a blog at all, but that was a big mistake. The learning curve is relatively short, but there are some tricks to learn. I recommend getting a good theme (paying for a quality one that you can customize easily, rather than hunting for a free one) and modifying it to your liking.
Check out this wordpress theme, it is really phenominal what you can do with it.
Let me know if you have questions setting that up, or getting hosting, setting up an autoresponder, etc. I’ll help you with any of that.
Thanks guys, keep the questions coming!

Hi Jeanie-
I use Hostgator. I get unlimited monthly hosting for $10. It’s great, I’ve never had any issues with them, and very easy to add wordpress, etc. They are in the top of the industry in terms of having extremely low down time. I currently have about 35 domains hosted for $10 per month.

Nice! I am quite interest in your domain. If I set up one website using this domain, I can earn 100-200 USD daily. Your domain is really good. If you don’t want to sell this domain, I can cooperate with you on the condition that you share 50% revenue with me.

Hi Suzanne-
I’m not too interested in selling the domain outright, but am very open to a revenue sharing arrangement.
Would you like to talk about this tomorrow?
I have some seo efforts in play right now, expecting to be on the first page soon.
I could talk tomorrow around 4:15 est, or anytime wednesday after 5.
Feel free to email more info too.
Looking forward to talking!
Mike

Hey Andrew
Check out this wordpress theme, that is what I used.
The new version now includes additional coding for squeeze page templates also.
Now, I do a few tweaks to the template, both for the look and for SEO value. E-mail me if you get the theme through the link above, and I’ll let you know what those tweaks are. E-mail is mike.rutkowski2009 at gmail.com
